Message for Week of May 22,2010

This weeks message is a card from my Angel Therapy Deck

This week, is a message that is so appropriate for the energies of this past week,which was about Armegeddon, and the energies around it.

  The title of the card is “Listen to Your Intuitive Feelings.”  As we go about our daily lives and things are happening to us and through us, pause to listen to what we are saying inside about what we need to do, know, or be at any given moment.  What is your heart speaking to you.  Your intuition and your heart won’t lie to you. 

  If you want to get deeper into your intuitive self, wear, hold or eat something violet.  This will help to balance your upper chakras that are used for connecting in this deeper way. 

  Call forth your angels this week to assist you in bringing awareness to you and your senses regarding divine guidance and what you need to know at any given time.

  As you practice bringing yourself into your awareness in a deeper way, you will be able to bring yourself to a higher level energetically.

Healing With Color

 

 This week we are going to focus on 1 particular color and enhance many aspects of our lives.  We will do a breathing exercise, wear colored clothing and eat colored foods that relate to the color week.

This weeks color is Red. Red is about passion, courage,survival,and boundaries.

If red is your life purpose color: (favorite color)

You are well suited to run a business.  Your independence, ability to get things going, and your willingness to include others really serve you well. You have the kind of energy that reaches out to people, and your enthusiasm will encourage customers to come to you.  Your energy will spark others to become enthusiastic about their work.

Breathing exercise for this week

Take in 3 deep breaths, slowly and deeply. Then breathe in the color green (in the area in the base of your spine) and breathe out the color red. Do this 4 times, nice and deep and slowly. Then just sit for a few minutes and allow this color healing exercise to begin to balance and cleanse this area.

 To continue this healing/balancing throughout the week,  wear the color red/green, eat red and green foods and do this color healing meditation as often as you are guided to .
