Black and White ~ Destiny

This weeks message is a card from my Color Wisdom Deck

This week, is from a card called Black and White, which brings forth the message to create a union between things that would seemingly not work.

This week is about taking risks, and changing your old ways of thinking. It’s about making a sacrifice for that which you desire. Joining these two forces together will unite for your highest good.

If this message really resonates for you at this moment, it is time for you to act upon this desire. If it doesn’t resonate yet, please pay attention this week, as something may arise that rings true with this message. This message is brought forth for you to reach for something that is destined for you, an unseemingly perfect match!

This may be in the line of a relationship, job, project within your job, alternative medicine for ailment, financial decisions, and the list goes on.

How great will it be to bring something together that you would have never thought would work out. Now is the time to bring it together to begin your new journey.

Healing With Color

This week we are going to focus on 1 particular color and enhance many aspects of our lives. We will do a breathing exercise, wear colored clothing and eat colored foods that relate to the color week.

This weeks color is Lime Green. (once again) Lime green is about empowerment, clarity, love and understanding.

If you are drawn to this color, you may have athe strengths of this color which include: Power, fairness, natural leadership, balance, boundaries, sharing, and willingness to help.

If you are not drawn to this color or despise this color, it may be a lesson for you learn, such as: Coercive power, negativity, exclusivity (close yourself off from others)

If lime green is your life purpose color: (favorite color)

You are a born leader. You may clearly be called to lead in many situations. You are able to positively set boundaries, have balance and bring cooperative ventures.

Breathing exercise for this week

Take in 3 deep breaths, slowly and deeply. Then breathe in the color magenta (in the area between your heart and stomach) and breathe out the color lime green. Do this 4 times, nice and deep and slowly. Then just sit for a few minutes and allow this color healing exercise to begin to balance and cleanse this area.

To continue this healing/balancing throughout the week, wear the colors lime green and magenta , eat these colored foods(might be a bit challenging with these colors) and do this color healing meditation as often as you are guided to .
